Every house owner, especially the house manager knows how useful baking soda is. It’s a kitchen asset that is also fruitful in cleaning tasks. You can use baking soda in two ways to clean acid marks from the floor.

  • Take some baking soda in your hand. Make sure you have worn the protective gears before you have started the cleaning process. Now sprinkle baking soda in the affected area. Take help from a credit card, NID, or this type of card and spread the baking soda by covering the area perfectly.
  • Leave baking soda for ten to fifteen minutes on the floor and then use a toothbrush and scrub gently. Use a clean cloth and wipe away the residue. Remember, this method will only work when the acid marks are fresh; this way won’t show magic if the acid marks are old.
  • Don’t worry; we have the solution for the old acid marks also. Make a smooth paste of baking soda and warm water. Pour the paste over the acid stained area and leave it for one hour. After time is up use a sponge and gently rub the area. Use a clean cloth and wipe away the residue.
  • If the satin is still there, repeat the process and scrub vigorously to soften the acid stain.
