Bathroom Cleaning Procedure by Acid

Step 1:

First, ventilate the bathroom by opening the door or window. Switch on the exhaust fan or place an extra fan to ensure ventilation. Put your face mask, gloves, and goggles on your health care.

Step 2:

Combine one cup of ammonia with one gallon of water. It can neutralize the acid reaction. Take a five-gallon container and fill it with one gallon of water.

Pour the then slowly mix one cup of hydrochloric acid with water. Take water before acid to avoid chemical reactions. Measure the acid with a plastic cup. Spill the acid mixture into a spray bottle for easy use.

Step 3:

Now apply the mixture to the bathroom floor stains. Let them sit for 10 seconds, then rinse with plenty of water. Then neutralize the tiles with the ammonia mixture.

Step 4:

Every time apply in a small area for cleaning. You can repeat 7-10 times on the remaining tiles.

Step 5:

Try a stiff brush to scrub the tiles and remove all the acid residues there. Then rinse with water again. 


  • Do not measure acid with a metal container.
  • Never touch the acid with a bare hand. 
  • Neutralize immediately if another surface goes to near acid.
  • Do not use acid cleaner on a granite floor.
