Leather couches are very popular these days, but they have some conditions. Before starting any cleaning process, make sure you check the label; if it has the sign “W,” you can go with the water-based cleaning process.
And if not, then avoid using a drop of water to clean the couch. To clean the vomit from the couch, you will need to use a cleaner. You can use a store-bought cleaner or a homemade DIY cleaning solution.

It’s an immediate step you have to take just after the vomit is on the couch. Take a paper towel and blot the area immediately and try to remove as much as solidly possible.
Take a spray bottle, fill one-third of it with white vinegar and rest with warm water. Stir well and spray this solution directly on the leather upholstery. Wait for five minutes and blot again with a dry cloth or paper towel.
We will use baking soda in this step. Take some baking soda in your hand and sprinkle over the affected area. Leave it for 45-60 minutes to absorb the vomit.
Now take another spray bottle and fill it with one part vinegar, three parts warm water, a few drops of dish liquid or essential oil or olive oil. Leave it for 15-20 minutes and blot the area with an abrasive-free sponge. Repeat applying the solution until the vomit stain or odor is gone.
After the cleaning is done, take a cold water-dipped sponge and wipe away the couch upholstery. Let it air dry, but make sure there is no water saturated in the couch; but if water is there, use a steam cleaner to remove excess water and then allow air to dry.
